About Grayscale Conversion
Grayscale removes all color while keeping brightness. The luminance of each pixel is computed as 0.299×R + 0.587×G + 0.114×B.
Black & white turns every pixel fully black or white based on a threshold, while sepia adds a warm brown tone.
