About Increasing Image File Size
Some upload forms reject files that are below a minimum size. This tool appends harmless padding bytes after the end of the image data so the file reaches your target size on disk.
The image itself is unchanged - its pixels, dimensions, and appearance stay exactly the same, because image viewers ignore the extra bytes after the image ends. To make a file smaller, use the Image Compressor.
